Sports are the parts of life. We need exercise in every step of our life from the time of birth. One healthy child does exercise every moment other the sleeping time. Not only a man every living thing need exercises. They perform in their own style. In this present-day world men are practicing some unnatural event. A highly sophisticated life, heavy diet, no exercise, delicious food with a high level of ingredients which is result people are risking their life more than ever.
In this situation, if you want to live longer with a healthy heart and mind you must do some exercise or some physical work.
1 walk at least 30 minutes in a day
2 Try to stand in working hours if you don’t have work due to some reasons
3 Drink water as much as you can
4 Go office in a bicycle or by foot if possible
